A ROBBERY of a 14 year old boy on an electric scooter in Bracknell has led to police appealing for witnesses to the attack.
Between 2pm and 3pm yesterday, July 17, the victim, aged 14, was riding an electric scooter along the footpath on Bagshot Road, moving towards Bracknell Town Centre.
As he was travelling, two older teenage boys on another electric scooter approached him from the opposite direction and the two crashed.
One of the two attackers then threatened to punch the victim and demanded he gave him his electric scooter. The victim did, and suffered no injuries during the incident.
The offenders then left on both scooters in the direction of Crowthorne Road North.
Both offenders are described as black males and aged approximately in their late teens.
One of the offenders had a large afro hairstyle and was dressed in a dark blue Nike fleece. The second offender was wearing a white top and grey jogging bottoms.
Investigating officer, PC Stephen Johnson, of Loddon Valley police station, said: “This was a frightening incident for a 14-year-old boy, however thankfully he was not hurt.
