A teenager and a man were injured and had to be taken to hospital following an e-scooter crash in Worcestershire.
The incident took place at the junction of Rectory Road and Plymouth Close, near to Birchfield Road in Redditch on Tuesday, February 9.
A 29-year-old man on the e-scooter collided with a 17-year-old girl who was a pedestrian at around 5.15pm.
Both were assessed by paramedics and taken to hospital.
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called to reports of an electric scooter that had collided with pedestrians.
“We sent two ambulances to the scene.
“On arrival we discovered two patients, a teenage female and a male who was riding the e-scooter.
“They were both treated for injuries not believed to be serious and taken to the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch.”
West Mercia Police said it is looking to speak to witnesses to the collision in Birchfield Road.
The force said investigating officers are appealing for information from the public including dash-cam footage.
PC Hegenbarth said: “We are keen to speak with anyone who may have seen the incident on Birchfield Road at 5.15pm on February 9, or saw the e-scooter being driven prior to the collision in the surrounding area so that we can get a better understanding of what has occurred.
“We are especially keen to see any dash-cam footage from the area at the time of the incident. If you have any information please report on our website.”
